This site is an opportunity to share my thoughts and research on change management, organizational learning, design thinking, leadership, digital literacy… and all of my other professional obsessions. For now, it is the portfolio documenting my participation in Northwestern University’s Designing for Organizational Effectiveness Certificate (DOEC), but I hope to maintain it as an ongoing repository for my musings.

Transformative Questions, the title of this site, reflects the inquisitive nature of my professional practice and my desire to create something that opens the world up rather than narrowing it down, to reveal things that not everyone can see… but should.
